If you're using several accounts, you may want to transfer some or all of your credits to another account.
EXAMPLES:
If you've created your own billing account or trial account, and you’re also an additional user to another account.
If you need to transfer credits after a billing user change.
If you've cancelled an account, and want to transfer the credits to another one.
You can't transfer credits to another account yourself, regardless of whether you're the billing user or not.
📌TIP: Make sure you add credits under the correct billing account, even if you have access to all.
To transfer your credits, start a chat with our support team. You’ll need to provide:
The email address of your account (from which credits will be deducted)
The email address of the receiving account
The specific number of credits to transfer
Credit transfers are typically completed within five minutes, making the credits immediately available for use.
