To reset your password for the Sync App, you need to reset your AutoEntry login password.
You can reset this from the AutoEntry login page.
📎NOTE: Resetting your Sage or Intuit login password doesn't reset the password for the Desktop Sync App, as that uses an AutoEntry login.
If you don't already have an AutoEntry login, you can easily create one.
You can either:
Log into AutoEntry with your existing Sage or Intuit ID, then create an AutoEntry login password within your settings to use for the Sync App.
Create an AutoEntry password following reset password steps below
Go to data.autoentry.com/login.
Enter your email address on the login page, then click Next.
When prompted for a password, click Reset password.
Enter the email address again, then click Reset.
If it's a recognised AutoEntry email address, you're sent an email with a link to reset your password.
If it isn't a recognised AutoEntry email address, you're prompted to create an AutoEntry password.
After you follow and complete the instructions to change or create your AutoEntry password, re-open the Sync App and log in with your new password.
