When you try to update the AutoEntry Sync App you may see the following error intermittently.
'An error occurred. Unable to check for updates, the server file failed to load'
When you click Show details, you see the following message:
'Error trying to save file: Error downloading "htttps//:s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/autoentry-desktopsync-updates/Release/wyserver.wys":The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.'
This error message occurs if your Sync App is on v2.0.122.0 and below, and your Sync App wasn't updated to the latest version before 30 November 2023.

After you do this your Sync App will automatically be on the latest version. From v2.0.123.0 onwards, you will be able to update the Sync App to future versions the usual way.
