Assign mileage rate to a submitter

How to allow a submitter to select certain mileage rates when creating a mileage expense.

Once mileage rates have been created, before a submitter can select it when they add a mileage expense, it needs to be selected within their permissions.

  1. Click People, then click the 'Edit' icon to the left of the submitter's name.

  2. Click the Settings tab.

  3. Next to Allowed Mileage Rates, select the mileage rates the submitter can use.

All changes save automatically. This user can now select the mileage rate when they add a mileage expense.
