AutoEntry uses best-practice security policies.

We have a significant project underway to achieve ISO 27001 certification (for an Information Security Management System, accredited by UKAS) with stage 1 certification completed in May 2018.

We're also aiming to satisfy ISO 27017 (information security controls in the cloud) and ISO 27018 (information security controls for PII in the cloud). The scope of applicability for this certification includes all offices, all cloud infrastructure and all PII (thereby maximising the overlap with GDPR requirements).

Procedures and protocols include (but are not limited to):

  • SSL encryption across the platform

  • Network intrusion detection

  • Host intrusion detection

  • Server failover protection

  • Real-time backups

📌TIP: Individual user accounts can further secure themselves by enabling 2-Step verification.
