If you already have an AutoEntry account (AE), you can use AccountsPrep as an add-on for clients who don’t have an accounting solution.
To integrate with AccountsPrep, you first need to subscribe from your AutoEntry account:
📎NOTE: AccountsPrep will soon be available via Sage for Accountants (Planned for late Jan 2026). Once available, you'll be able to add it as a subscription from Client Management. In the meantime, you can sign up to a standalone AutoEntry account and add AccountsPrep from there. You won't be able to use the same email used to log in into Sage for Accountants.
How to subscribe
From your AutoEntry account, click Settings, then go to the Subscription and Billing page.
Under AccountsPrep Subscription, click Add Subscription.
