You can check who the Billing Account Admin is for a company from within your AutoEntry account. This is useful if you have access to several companies and you're not the owner for all of them.
From the Company List (Home)
The company list is the quickest way to check the company's owner:
Click Home to view the companies list.
From the companies list, the Billing Account admin column will display the owner's email.
From the Company Settings page (Home)
If you have access to the Company Settings tab within a company, you can see who the billing owner is from the Company Details section.
EXAMPLE - You may need to check who the Billing Account Admin is in various scenarios:
Ask for access: If you need to request access to the Company Settings or Integration page for that company, the Billing admin can give you the permission.
Ask for more credits: You need to ask or log in as the billing user to be able to add credits to a company.
Manage your subscription: If you own several accounts, you need to log in with the billing email to access the account settings and manage the subscription.
📎NOTE: The Company Settings section within a company (Login > Home> Company > Company Settings) differs from the Account Settings (Login > Settings).
