How to check a company's billing user

Checking who the admin user is in AutoEntry.

If you have access to several companies and you're not the owner for all of them, you can check who the Billing Admin is. This can be useful in various scenarios:

EXAMPLE

Integration issues: If you need to troubleshoot issues around the integration, the billing admin can give you the permission to access the Company Settings and Integration page.

Ask for more credits: Only the billing user can add credits to a company. You can check which login email has access to the subscription.

Manage your subscription: You need to log in with the correct billing email to access the account settings and manage the subscription. If you own several accounts and mixing up emails, this can be useful.


From the Company List (Home)

The company list is the quickest way to check the company's owner:

  1. Click Home to view the companies list.

  2. From the companies list, the Billing Account admin column will display the owner's email.

📎NOTE: If you're accessing AutoEntry from Sage for Accountant, this page is not available.


From the Company Settings page (Home)

If you have access to the Company Settings tab within a company, you can see who the billing owner is from the Company Details section.

📎NOTE: Don't mix up the Company Settings with your account subscription Settings.
