When using Sage For Accountant (SFA) and Generation Expert (GE), you can also use AutoEntry to scan invoices, and then publish them directly to GE.
Once you've set up GE within SFA, and connected your client to AutoEntry, you can then connect your client with Generation Expert from AutoEntry.

Set up AutoEntry
To access AutoEntry and connect it to Generation Expert, you first need to set up your client in SFA / Client Management.
From Client Management, create a client.
From the client's profile:
Add a product subscription. (Produits > Gestion des abonnements)
Connect to AutoEntry. (Connecter)
Access AutoEntry
You can access AutoEntry in two ways:
From the product tab under the client's profile: lancer le produit
From the clients' list, click the link AutoEntry under the Product column

📎NOTE: As the owner of the account, you can only access AutoEntry from Sage For Accountant. You can add more users to access AutoEntry via SFA (colleagues) or from autoentry.com (the client himself). Check Access to AutoEntry for Sage for Accountants users.
Connect Génération Experts to AutoEntry
Once you are in the AutoEntry workspace for a client, you need to connect to Generation Experts from the Integrate page.
Go to Home (Dossiers) and click Integrate (Intégrations).
Under the tab Logiciel de comptabilité, click Connexion next to Sage Generation Expert.
Select the company and click Connexion.
Once Connected
Data synchronisation
Once connected, your sales and purchase ledgers, suppliers and customers will be available in AutoEntry. You can then select the relevant categories from the various drop-downs within your invoices, allowing you to publish them into Generation Experts.
📎NOTE: Only categories from class 6 (purchases ), class 2 (purchase of assets) and class 7 (sales) will transfer to AutoEntry.
Tax codes will be set up as a default.
Manage the integration
Once connected, you can access the Integrate page to:
Re-Sync the data
If you add new contacts or ledgers in Generation Experts, you can re-sync to refresh the updated lists.
Disconnect
If needed, you can disconnect the integration with Generation Experts from the Integrate page.
