Use this to view and update contacts. We also have guidance to add or upload your company contacts.
Access company contacts
Go to Home, then select the company name.
Select Company contacts.
What you can do in Company Contacts
Search for contacts
Use the search bar to find a supplier or customer.
View or edit a contact
Select the contact name, then update the details as required.
Configure supplier settings
You can use supplier settings to:
Set default descriptions and codes
Enable the auto-publish feature for invoices
Add or upload contacts
If not integrated with accounting software, you can add or upload contacts directly in AutoEntry.
If integrated with accounting software, contacts sync automatically from your accounting software.
📎NOTE: If you update a contact in your accounting software, re-sync your data.
