You can change your subscription to increase or reduce your credits.
You can also renew early to receive credits immediately.
Change your subscription
Go to Settings, then select Subscription and Billing.
Select Change Subscription, then choose your new subscription.
Choose when the change applies
Under Renewal Date, choose one option:
Select Renew now to apply the change immediately
Select your renewal date to apply the change later
EXAMPLE: If your renewal date is the 1st and you run out of credits on the 20th:
You can renew on the 20th
Your new billing date becomes the 20th
When you can’t change your subscription
You can’t change your subscription in these cases:
You have an overage balance
Your subscription is within 24 hours of renewal
