Symptom
When integrating AutoEntry with Sage 50 Canada, the following error message can appear:
'This username does not exist. Check that you have entered the correct user name. ID: E118'
This error appears during the integration when you're using a username and password that don't exist in Sage 50 Canada.
To resolve this, follow the steps below.
Resolution
Open Sage 50 Canada.
Go to Set up, then select Set up users.
Check the username created for AutoEntry.
Use this username and password when integrating through the Sync App.
