Description
The following error appears when you try to invite a user to your AutoEntry account.
'You cannot invite this user to your account'
This happens when the user has an access to AutoEntry via Sage for Accountants (SFA).
Autoentry doesn't allow you to add these users from autoentry.com
Resolution
To resolve this, you can either
Invite the user with an email that is not already signed up via SFA
Remove the access from SFA
If the account is integrated with SFA, you have two options to invite users so they either login via SFA or via autoentry.com.
In either cases you can target specific companies/clients. However, it is advisable to invite clients from AutoEntry, and colleagues from Sage for Accountants.
