You can check your credit balance and usage history. You can also filter the details by company.
📎NOTE: If you're accessing AutoEntry or AccountsPrep via Sage for Accountants, this page isn't available. Instead, you can check your credit usage from your Sage invoice within Sage for Accountant.
Access the Usage tab
Click Settings in the left-hand navigation bar.
Click the Payment History tab.
Click the Usage tab.
The report includes the following sections:
Credits Summary
The top section shows your current credit balance with a table detailing the applicable credit charge for each document type.
Usage by Company
You can use the dropdown to filter your usage by Date range and by Company name.
The report will detail the exact number of used credits for each folder type.
📎NOTE: Only companies that have had at least one document uploaded to them will appear in the dropdown menu.
Usage by Account
At the bottom of the page, you can see a running usage/balance per day for the whole account for the last three months.
