The Usage page of your Account Settings shows your credit balance, the use of credits on your billing account and allows you to also see credits used per company on your account. This article will take you through the process!
Billing users of an account looking to compile a report of credit usage.
To find the Usage page, click on the Settings icon on the left hand side of your screen, and then the Usage tab across the top of the page.
The top section shows your current credit balance with a table of how credits are used on AutoEntry:
Below this, you can select a date range to see credit usage per company over a specific date range. This will be broken down according to folder, as well as a total per company.
After you have clicked Apply, you will also have the option to filter your search by specific companies. Please note that only companies that have had at least 1 document uploaded to them will appear in the drop-down menu.
At the bottom of the page you can then see a running usage/balance per day for the whole account for the last 3 months.
