Incorrect Username and Password Error ('E84')

Resolve the E84 incorrect username or password error in the AutoEntry Desktop Sync App. Follow these steps to sign in successfully.

You see error E84 when the Desktop Sync App can’t validate your login details.

Check your credentials and refresh the app to restore access.


Fix the login error

  1. Refresh the Desktop Sync App.

  2. Enter your AutoEntry username and password again.

  3. Make sure the details match your AutoEntry account.

  4. Close the app and open it again if the error continues.

  5. Reset your password and try again if needed.
