If you sign in to AutoEntry using a Sage ID, you must create an AutoEntry password to access the Desktop Sync App or Mobile App.
Create an AutoEntry password
Sign in to the AutoEntry.
Go to Profile, then open the Password tab.
Select Forgot / Reset Password.
Check your email and follow the link to create a password.

Use your email address and AutoEntry password to sign in to
You can change your password at any stage from the Profile page or login page.
Optional: Remove Sage ID login
You can remove your Sage ID and use only your AutoEntry password.
Caution: You can't reverse this action.
Go to the profile page, then select Disconnect External Authentication.
Confirm the request.
If you can't access your Sage ID
Contact us to remove the Sage ID connection so you can use an AutoEntry password instead.
