If you can't remember your password, you can reset it from your login page.
๐NOTE: If you use a Sage or Intuit login to access AutoEntry, you need to click Sign in with Sage or Sign in with Intuit, and then use their reset password option.
Reset AutoEntry login password
Enter your email address on the login page, then click Next.

โWhen prompted for a password, then click Reset password.

โEnter the email address again, then click Reset password.
โIf it's a recognised AutoEntry email address, you're sent an email with a link to reset your password.

โAfter you follow reset email's instructions to change your password, you can return to the AutoEntry login page and log in with that new password.
๐NOTE: The Desktop Sync App requires an AutoEntry login password. So when you create a new AutoEntry login password, this new password is what you use to log into the Sync App.
Reset Sage login password
If you log in to Auto Entry using a Sage account, click Sign in with Sage, then click Forgot password.
Then follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password.
๐NOTE: Resetting your Sage login password doesn't reset the password for the Desktop Sync App, as that uses an AutoEntry login. To reset the password for the Sync App follow the steps for resetting an AutoEntry login.
You can easily create an AutoEntry login password to use for Sync App. if you haven't already
Reset Intuit login password
If you log in to Auto Entry using an Intuit login, click Sign in with Intuit then click Forgot password. Then follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password.
