This article will go through the steps required to open, save and send your Sync App's log file. This file is typically used by our Support team to determine the cause of any internal issues relating to the sync between AutoEntry and your Sage 50/QuickBooks data.

To access the Sync App log file, you will need to complete the following steps:
Go to the PC that has the AutoEntry Sync App installed.
Open the File Explorer (this is pre-installed on every PC), paste in the path C:\ProgramData\DocuRec\Logs and hit Enter on your keyboard.
The file named _current.log will be the most up to date log file. Please double click this to open it.
Once opened, you can click File > Save As... to save it to your PC.
