To access the sync app log file, you will need to do the following steps:

  1. Go to the PC that has the AutoEntry Sync App installed.

  2. Open the File Explorer (this is pre-installed on every PC), paste in the path C:\ProgramData\DocuRec\Logs and hit enter

3. The file "_current.log" will be the most up to date log file, so please double click this to open.

4. Once opened, you can click File > Save As... to save it to your PC.
