Symptom

The user is receiving the below error message when attempting to submit an expense report.

"Response Status Code was Unacceptable: 500"

  • Users submitting an expense report via the AutoEntry mobile app

Cause

This error will show if the user is submitting an expense report that has not had categories assigned to all entries.

Resolution

To clear this error, the user should review all entries on the expense report and ensure that all categories are assigned.
