Symptom

After publishing your invoice to Sage 50, you can view the original invoice PDF by clicking the View Online button.

You are then receiving the below message, preventing you from viewing the invoice image.

You must be logged in to AutoEntry to view this image as the image share settings for this company are set to private. Please contact an AutoEntry user to either request access to AutoEntry, or to change the "Share Link" settings.

Applies To

  • Sage 50 UK&I users publishing invoices.

Cause

This message will only appear if your Shared Links setting on AutoEntry is set to private.

Resolution

You can edit your Shared Links setting by doing the following:

  1. Navigate to your Company Settings on the AutoEntry site.

  2. You will find the Shared Links setting under Preferences.

  3. Select Public, and remember to click the green Save Changes button afterwards!
