This error is caused by a username and/or company file path being entered incorrectly.


To clear the error, you will need to ensure that both the username and company file path are correct.

In most cases, this error is caused by an incorrect username. It is advised that you check for any incorrect capitalisation/spelling, and ensure that it is copied/pasted into the sync app exactly how it appears on your Sage account.
