You are seeing the below message on your Bank Statements Activity page after uploading a file.

PDF file requires a password

Applies To

  • Bank/Credit Card Statements.


This would normally indicate that the PDF you uploaded is encrypted or password-protected in some way.


There is no facility to enter the password on AutoEntry's end after receiving the file. Due to this, you would need to reupload the affected statements without any password restrictions or encryption.
