When you install the AutoEntry Desktop Sync App, the following error below can appear.
'Resolve the 0x80070643 installation error for the AutoEntry Desktop Sync App.'
This is due to:
missing or damaged .NET Framework 4.8
antivirus or firewall software blocking the install
To resolve this, follow the steps below.
Check the system requirements
Check that your computer meets the system requirements for the Sync App.
Check .NET Framework
Make sure you have .NET Framework 4.8 or later installed. If you’re not sure, run the Microsoft repair tool:
Download the .NET Framework Repair Tool from microsoft.com
Run the tool and follow the prompts
If .NET Framework is missing or corrupted, this resolves it.
Temporarily disable antivirus or firewall
If you have antivirus or firewall software:
Temporarily disable it
Keep it disabled while installing the Sync App

Restart your computer
Restart your computer to apply any changes before reinstalling.
Reinstall the Sync App
Right-click the installer file.
Select Run as administrator.
Complete the installation.
