The user is receiving the below error message when attempting to login to the AutoEntry website.
You can only access AutoEntry from the internal OCRex network. If you see this message while in an OCRex office or using an OCRex VPN, contact IT Support.
This error will only occur if you are entering anything other than an email address into the email box.
To resolve this you will need to ensure the email address you are logging in with is correct.
