How to add bank accounts to AccountsPrep.

It's easy to create new bank accounts to use for processing.


Step 1

You can add a bank account from the following areas in AccountsPrep.

Banks Accounts

  1. Click the Banks tab.

  2. Click Bank Accounts.

  3. Click Add Bank Account.

Chart of Accounts

  1. Click the Accounting tab.

  2. Click Chart of Accounts.

  3. Click Add Bank Account.


Step 2

  1. After you click Add Bank Account enter a code for the account.

  2. Enter the name of the account.

  3. Select a class for the account. You can create it under any Asset or Liability class.

  4. Click Save.
