Where do I find paid invoice transactions in Sage 50 Canada?

Sage 50 Canada users who wish to view their paid transactions that were published from AutoEntry.

Answer

To view your paid invoice/bill transactions in Sage 50 Canada after publishing them from AutoEntry, please follow the steps below.

Vendor/Supplier Transactions

  1. Within the Purchases invoice module, click the eyeglasses thumbnail.

  2. This will bring you to the Search window, here you can select the vendor from the Vendor Name drop-down menu (if you have an invoice number it can be entered in the Invoice Number field) and click the OK button.

  3. On the next screen you will see all the invoices for that vendor with along with the invoice numbers.

  4. Here you can highlight the invoice you are looking for and click the Select button.

  5. This screen will show you the invoice details and if it has been paid you will see a PAID stamp across the top of the invoice.

Customer Transactions

  1. Within the Sales invoice module, click the eyeglasses thumbnail.

  2. This will bring you to the Search window, here you can select the customer from the Customer Name drop-down menu (if you have an invoice number it can be entered in the Invoice Number field) and click the OK button.

  3. On the next screen your will see all the invoices for that customer along with the invoice numbers.

  4. Here you can highlight the invoice you are looking for and click the Select button.

  5. This screen will show you the invoice details and if it has been paid you will see a PAID stamp across the top of the invoice.
