You are seeing the below error message on your company's Integration Status, or on the AutoEntry Desktop Sync App.

GBP Desktop Connection Error The following error occurred connecting to your Accounts Package: The server threw an exception. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80010105 (RPC_E_SERVERFAULL)

To clear this error, please do the following:

  1. Disconnect and reconnect your company's integration. You can follow the steps here to see how to disconnect your company's integration.

  2. Unpublish and republish the affected invoices.

Please allow a few minutes for the error to clear, and for the invoice to transfer over to Sage.
