The user has encountered an error message stating 'SQLiteException' when attempting to log into the Sync App.


Applies To

  • AutoEntry Sync App Users (Sage 50 and QuickBooks Desktop integrated companies).


The error has occurred as a result of the reading of the Sync App program's SQLite Database.


To clear this error, please do the following:

  1. Close the Sync App.

  2. Open up the PC's Task Manager.

  3. Click on the Services tab and locate AutoEntry.DesktopSync.Service. Right-click on this and click Stop.

  4. Open your PC's File Explorer, paste in C:\ProgramData\DocuRec and hit Enter on your keyboard.

  5. Delete the db.sqlite file located here.

  6. Open the Sync App again and re-attempt the log in.
