The user has encountered an error message stating 'SQLiteException' when attempting to log into the Sync App.
AutoEntry Sync App Users (Sage 50 and QuickBooks Desktop integrated companies).
The error has occurred as a result of the reading of the Sync App program's SQLite Database.
To clear this error, please do the following:
Close the Sync App.
Open up the PC's Task Manager.
Click on the Services tab and locate AutoEntry.DesktopSync.Service. Right-click on this and click Stop.
Open your PC's File Explorer, paste in C:\ProgramData\DocuRec and hit Enter on your keyboard.
Delete the db.sqlite file located here.
Open the Sync App again and re-attempt the log in.
