You are seeing the below error message on your company's Integration Status.

Recent changes to your configuration require you (the QuickBooks Administrator) to go into the Integrated Applications preferences and re-authorize your integrated application to log in automatically.

Applies To

  • QuickBooks Desktop integrated companies.


This error is typically caused by a setting being changed within QuickBooks which has not reflected in AutoEntry.


To clear this error, please do the following:

  1. Please disconnect and reconnect your Quickbooks integration.

  2. Republish any relevant invoices.

  3. Allow the invoices 10-15 minutes to publish through.
