You are seeing the below error message on your company's Integration Status, or on your Desktop Sync App.
Desktop Connection Error: The following error occurred connecting to your Accounts Package: The main computer for this Remote Data Access company isn't currently online.
Sage 50 UK&I users accessing AutoEntry via Remote Data Access.
This error will occur if the main PC for the company's Remote Data Access is not online. This could mean that the PC is switched off, or the main user is working offline.
To resolve this issue, you should first close your Sage 50 application, and contact the user at the main PC to check whether it is offline.
