You can download files from AutoEntry yourself, but only individual documents for now. Alternatively, AutoEntry provides the ability for bulk downloads which involve manual or support-assisted methods, offering options for specific companies, folders, or date ranges.
If you're looking to download for multiple documents at once, you can contact our Support team via webchat to request a .zip file to be created on your behalf. Support will then email you a file with your documents.
📎NOTE: It can take a while for support to compile these documents, so consider whether it would be quicker to download your documents individually instead yourself.

State in the chat that you need:
Support to bulk download multiple files from AutoEntry.
Include the following information in your request:
Company Names
Folders - Folders can only be downloaded in their entirety
Date Range (Start and End MM/YY)
Our team will input the request on your behalf within 30 days.
Next steps
After you've requested a download, you will be able to see a new Invoice Downloads tab on your Account Settings page.
Here you can see the companies, folders and date range requested for the download. The Status column will show Queued, In Progress, or Completed.
📎NOTE: The time taken for your download to complete will depend on the number of files your request contains.
When the download is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email. It will contain a link which brings you back to the Invoice Downloads tab. From there, you can click Download under the respective column.
The file will automatically download to your PC, where you can click through to all requested PDFs, separated by folder.
📎NOTE: This download link remains valid for 7 days. Make sure to save the files to your local system within this period to avoid re-requesting the files.
