Adding free credits included in Sage 50 Bundle subscription

How to add your monthly credits to your AutoEntry that you're entitled to if you have a Sage 50 bundle subscription.

The Sage 50 Bundle provides users with free credits for AutoEntry as part of their Sage 50 subscription.

To use the free credits included in your Sage Bundle:

  1. Check the availability of add-ons under your Sage Bundle by logging into MySage.

  2. In AutoEntry, cancel any existing AutoEntry subscription you have.

  3. If you haven't already, add or update your card details to your AutoEntry account.

    📎NOTE: You only need to Save and exit the page afterwards. There won't be any extra charge as long as you don't select Purchase.

  4. Contact AutoEntry support to inform them you've cancelled your existing AutoEntry subscription and request them to initiate the Sage Bundle credit setup.

  5. Wait for up to 48 hours for the credits to appear in your AutoEntry account after processing.
