Add or update your card details to your AutoEntry account

How to save your card details to use AutoEntry.

To activate a subscription to AutoEntry or purchase extra credits, as a billing user you must first add your card details to your account.

📎NOTE: If you have a Sage 50 Bundle subscription, you also need to add your card details, but you only need to Save and exit the page afterwards. There won't be any extra charge as long as you don't select Purchase. The Sage team will apply your credits.


  1. Click Settings on the left-hand menu.

  2. Click the Subscription And Billing tab.

  3. Click Add subscription.

  5. Enter your card details.

  6. When you're done, click Save.

    ​These card details will allow you to start a subscription or purchase credits.

    📎NOTE: If you’re a Sage Bundle user, to avoid activating another subscription, don't click Purchase after saving.

  7. If you need to edit the card, click Change Billing Details.

📎NOTE: Once you've added card details, you can edit to change them, but you can't remove the details altogether yourself.

If you've cancelled your subscription and wish to remove the card details, contact the support team.
