If you have a subscription with Sage 50 Account that includes access to AutoEntry, the Sage 50 team will manage your billing.

You do need to contact both Sage and AutoEntry to set up your account properly.

After you've setup your account, you can view your credit allowance and usage from the Billing section in AutoEntry.

Set up

Once you've activated a bundle subscription with the Sage 50 team, you still need to add your credit card in AutoEntry. This is to allow the team to add free credits. For more information, visit Adding free credits included in Sage 50 Bundle subscription.

NOTE: If you haven't set up your account with credits, you'll get an error when trying to upload.

Subscription and Billing tab

Once your account is up and running, the Subscription and Billing page will show your credit balance, overage, current subscription and renewal date.

Credits

Depending on your Sage Bundle subscription, you’ll have a different credit allowance.

Unlike with the AutoEntry subscriptions, credits won’t carry over at the end of the month if unused.

Overage

If you use more credits than your allowance, there will be an overage charge for the extra units.

Unlike with AutoEntry subscriptions, there’s no cap with overage.

With the Sage 50 bundle subscription, the overage limit will always be unlimited.

If you need to increase your credit allowance, contact Sage 50 support.

Payment History tab

The payment history tab will show your credit entitlement:

For ex: Monthly subscription: 50 credits.

With the bundle subscription, the amount is zero in AutoEntry as you receive your subscription bills from the Sage 50 team.

Usage tab

You’ll see your daily usage under the Usage tab.
