How to resolve the zero credit balance error in AutoEntry.

If there’s no credit in the account you’re trying to upload to, you'll get the following error at the top of the screen:

If you’re the account holder:

CREDIT BALANCE: 0

Renew or upgrade your subscription
No active subscription found.

If you aren’t the account holder:

CREDIT BALANCE: 0

Your billing account owner may need to renew or upgrade your subscription
No active subscription found.


Resolution

If you’re the account holder, you need to activate the subscription or add new credits.

If you aren’t the account holder, you need to ask the owner to add more credits.

If you have a Sage 50 Bundle subscription, you need to check with the AutoEntry support team to add your credits.
