When you publish an invoice to Sage Accounting, you may see the error message below.

"["{\"message\": \"Endpoint request timed out\"}"]"

This error is typically caused by something timing out within your company's integration with your accounting software.

To resolve this error, follow the steps below.

  1. Disconnect your company's integration.

  2. Reconnect your company.

  3. Republish the affected invoices.

Please allow a few minutes for the error to clear, and for the invoice to transfer over to Sage.
