When you purchase AutoEntry or renew your subscription, we don't send out physical invoices. Instead, you can find your receipts/invoices in your Account Settings.
📎NOTE: Invoices and billing details are only available to the billing account holder. You can change the billing user.
Access Payment History
Click Settings in the left-hand navigation bar.
Click the Payment History tab.
here you see all your invoices/bills from AutoEntry. Click them to view/download them.
📎NOTE: Invoices can take up to an hour to appear after you make a purchase. If the invoice isn't available after this timeframe, contact our Support team.
📌TIP: You can change the email address these invoices are sent to.
