If your company isn't integrated with accounting software, or you just prefer to have a copy of your extracted invoice data saved to your computer, this guide explains how you can download them.

Download as a .csv file

  1. Select the file(s) you want to download. Tick the checkbox to the left of each one.

  2. An option to download appears at the top of the list. Click Download and select the relevant format.

📌TIP: To select all invoices on the page, click the tickbox on the top left-hand corner of the Inbox and click All.

Download as an Excel file

If you use AutoEntry for simple data extraction and don't plan to integrate your company with accounting software, you can use the Generic Excel download format with a shared image Link.

This allows both AutoEntry and non-AutoEntry users to see the invoice image via the link available in the first column of the downloaded Generic Excel format.

  1. Select the file(s) you want to download. Click the tickbox to the left of each one.

  2. An option to download then appears at the top of the list. Click Download and click Generic Excel.

  3. The download saves to your computer automatically.

Download a PDF file

If you're looking for a copy of your invoices/statements from AutoEntry, you can download them individually by clicking the PDF button on the bottom right corner of the document window.
