If your company isn't integrated with accounting software, or if you just need a copy of your extracted invoice, you can download invoices from the Purchase or Sales Inbox or the document itself.

Download as a .csv file

  1. From the Inbox, select the files you want to download. Tick the checkbox to the left of each one.

  2. An option to download appears at the top of the list. Click Download and select the relevant format.

📌TIP: To select all invoices on the page, click the tickbox on the top left-hand corner of the Inbox and click All.

Download as an Excel file

If you use AutoEntry for simple data extraction and don't plan to integrate your company with accounting software, you can use the Generic Excel download.

📌TIP: This allows AutoEntry and non-AutoEntry users to see the invoice image via the link. You can access the link in the first column of the Generic Excel file.

  1. Select the file(s) you want to download. Click the tickbox to the left of each one.

  2. An option to download then appears at the top of the list. Click Download and click Generic Excel.

  3. The download saves to your computer automatically.

Download a PDF file

If you need a copy of your invoices/statements, click the PDF button on the bottom-right corner of the document to download them individually.

📎NOTE: The steps here don't apply to the invoices or receipts in the Expenses folder. You first need to Approve the expenses and move them to the Purchase inbox to be able to download them.
