The file path shown on the Integrate page within AutoEntry needs to reflect the one that shows for your company in Sage 50 Accounts. If it doesn't, you'll need to disconnect and reconnect the integration.
Example of file path: C:\ProgramData\Sage\Accounts\2020\Company.000
How to check your file path in AutoEntry and Sage 50 Accounts
In AutoEntry
In AutoEntry
You can see the company's file path on the Integrate page from the Home section in the web version of AutoEntry. It must be the same as the one that appears for your company in Sage 50 Accounts.
📎NOTE: If you don't see the Integration page, you need to make sure you're looking within the web portal of AutoEntry, not the Sync App.
You may also not have permissions set to allow you to access this option. You need to contact your admin user for them to get this information, or for them to adjust your permissions so you can access this page in the future.

Click the File menu in the upper left-hand corner.
Select Properties.
The Sage 50 - File Properties window will then open, showing you the Location and Company File name that you're currently viewing.
File path isn't correct in AutoEntry
If the file path isn't the same as the one in Sage 50 Accounts, disconnect and reconnect the integration via the AutoEntry Sync App. This will update the file path in AutoEntry automatically.
📌TIP: Depending on your account setup, it's possible someone has installed the Sync App on another computer. Make sure you check and restart the Sync App from the correct device, and that the Sync App is only installed on the computer where your Sage 50 Accounts data is also held.
You can check the device name where the Sync App is installed from the Integrate page. Visit our article, Check the Sync App location, for more details.
