Disconnect and reconnect a company's integration via the AutoEntry Sync App

The steps required to either disconnect or reconnect a company's integration using the AutoEntry Sync App.

If you need to disconnect your AutoEntry company's integration with Sage 50 or QuickBooks Desktop, you can do so via the Desktop Sync App.


Disconnect my company from the Sync App

Your integration can be disconnected by following these steps:

  1. Open the Sync App and view your company list.

  2. Click Disconnect next to the company you would like to disconnect.


Reconnect my company to the Sync App

To reconnect, log in to the Sync App and click Connect next to the same company name.


📎NOTE: You need the Company Settings permission to be able to disconnect the associated company. If you don't have access to the Integrate page in AutoEntry, this means you don't have the Company Settings access. If you're trying to disconnect directly from the Sync App as an alternative, and you don't have that access, the system will log you out of AutoEntry.

📌TIP: Depending on your account set up, its possible the Sync App is installed on another computer. Make sure you check the sync App device location and restart it from there.
