When you attempt to connect your Sage 50 or QuickBooks Desktop company to AutoEntry via the Desktop Sync App, you may see the error message below appear in the Company List drop-down menu.
This error is caused by your Sync App not being installed correctly. It's an easy fix, all you need to do is change the Sync App's start-up type.
Once you change the start-up step, try to connect the company again. You should now no longer see this error.
