When you try to integrate your AutoEntry company with Sage Accounting, you see the following error.

This error is most commonly caused by having the incorrect permissions set up within Sage Accounting. You will need to follow the steps below with Administrator access in Sage Accounting.
Log into Sage Accounting as the Administrator user.
From your business name in the top right-hand corner of your product, click Manage users.
Click Add user.
There will be a list of accounts of users. Here you can edit their Sage Accounting permissions.
Click Edit user and assign the user trying to set up the integration with either the Administrator or Full Access role.

Once you have made sure the user has sufficient permissions in Sage Accounting, try the integration again.
