When you publish invoices in AutoEntry, sometimes these don't appear in Sage Accounting within a reasonable time frame. This can be because the sync between your company and Sage Accounting has stalled.
The sync can stall if it has been at least 30 days since the last sync action. This includes publishing and resyncing.
Republish the invoices. If that still doesn't work, follow the steps below.
Unpublish any affected invoices.
Disconnect from Sage Accounting.
Reconnect to Sage Accounting.
Once reconnected, publish the affected invoices again.
⚠️CAUTION: Don't click the Re-Sync button after you publish your invoices. This will prevent them from transferring to Sage Accounting.
