When you install the AutoEntry Desktop Sync App you may see the error below.
One or more issues caused the setup to fail. Please fix the issues and then retry setup. For more information see the log file.
0x80070643 - Fatal error during installation.
This occurs when the PC you're working on has Antivirus/Firewall software installed on it, or doesn't have .NET Framework 4.8 or above installed.
Before you attemp to install the Sync App again, follow the steps below:
Ensure that your system has .NET Framework 4.8 or above installed.
📌TIP: We recommend you check the system requirements for the Desktop Sync App.
If your PC has Antivirus/Firewall software installed, try to disable it temporarily.

After you have done the previous steps, restart your computer.
Try the installation again. Right click on the installer and click Run as Administrator.
📌TIP: We recommend that you run the .NET Framework repair tool.
