Common reasons why you may be unable to approve your colleague's expenses.

Your colleague has submitted expenses for approval, but you are unable to view or approve them.

There are a few common reasons as to why you would be unable to approve your colleague's expenses:

  • The expenses haven't been fully processed yet

  • The expenses have been fully processed and are in your colleague's Inbox, but they haven't yet been assigned to an expense report. This must be done first before they can be submitted for approval and be approved
