You may see the following error message on your company's integration status, preventing you from publishing invoices to Sage Accounting.
Exception of type 'System.Exception' was thrown.
This error occurs because of an API request limit set by Sage Accounting, which leads to a temporary block on posting invoices.
To resolve this error, you will need to unpublish any affected invoices and attempt to publish them again after around 30 minutes.
📌TIP: Publishing invoices in smaller batches not exceeding 100 invoices per minute should prevent this issue.
