You're seeing the below error message on your company's Integration Status or your Desktop Sync App.

This shared company is already open. , ID: E565

This error relates to a duplicate session of the Company being open in Sage.

Once you've completed the steps in the articles above, re-attempt the integration between AutoEntry and Sage, or if you 're already connected, follow the steps below:

  1. On the Home page, click Integrate.

    Integrate option in AutoEntry.

  2. Re-Sync button.

  3. Wait 5-10 minutes for the error to clear.
