Error: 'Unable to Connect to Sage 50 US Company File. Error : Company not Found'

Why this error occurs when trying to connect a company to Sage 50 US.

When you try to connect a company to Sage 50 US using the Sync App you may see the following error message:

Connection to the company could not be established. Unable to Connect to Sage 50 US Company File. Error : Company not Found

Error message. Connection to the company could not be established. Unable to Connect to Sage 50 US Company File. Error : Company not Found.

Sage 50 US integration is only available for Sage 50 using Accruals-based accounting. AutoEntry can't integrate if the company is set up on a cash basis.
