If you've set up 2-step verification and lost your recovery code, you can't retrieve it, but you can generate a new one. This is possible if you can log in and authenticate.

  1. Log in to Auto Entry.

  2. Click Profile.

  3. Click the 2-Step verification tab.

  4. In the Recovery code section, enter your password.

  5. Click Replace.

  6. A new recovery code appears. Copy this code and keep it somewhere safe and secure.

  7. If you ever lose your phone, you'll be able to authenticate via the recovery code.

📌TIP: Save the code on a device other than your phone.

If you can't log in to AutoEntry to generate a new recovery code, you’ll need to contact AutoEntry support.

📎NOTE: If you log in via Sage ID, the double authentication set up is different from the AutoEntry process. You can manage your credentials from your Sage Id account management instead. account.sso.sage.com
