When you set up 2FA for your AutoEntry login, this requires you to enter a verification code. You access this code ether via a text or from an Authenticator app.

You can use your recovery code if you can’t access your authenticator app or phone number when logging into AutoEntry. This is an 8-digit code that you're asked to note down and keep safe when you first set up 2FA.

EXAMPLE: 2244-3355

Use your recovery code

  1. When prompted to enter your verification code, click Enter Recovery Code.

  2. Select Recovery code.

  3. Enter your recovery code.

  4. Click Log In.

You can generate a new recovery code to use the next time you can’t access your authenticator app or phone number

Can't use your recovery code?

If you've lost your recovery code, if you can't log in to AutoEntry to generate a new recovery code, you must contact AutoEntry support. They can help generate you a new recovery code.
